Tentative Schedule (Towards Chale Wote Exhibition)



Hello guys, this is the tentative schedule of activities towards the exhibition at the Chale wote street art festival in September as discussed at the first meetup. I thought it would be best to work on James town because of its relevance to the festival and Kwame Nkrumah circle as a pilot. When we are able to do this successfully, we will then take the other area one after the other towards subsequent exhibitions as discussed.
NB: Dates will be attached to each stage upon consultation with participants soon. This only indicates the sequence of events.
1.       Photography shoot of various locations
·         Kwame Nkrumah Circle
·         James Town
2.       Brainstorming (Online/ meet up) session on what the future holds with respect to specific locations
·         Architecture
·         Transportation
·         Fashion
·         landscape design/ street furniture
·         Urban planning etc.
3.       Discussions (online/ meet up sessions) on how to transform the areas
·         Kwame Nkrumah Circle  (As a transport interchange node or hub)
·         James Town (As a historic, cultural and conservation hub)
4.       Initial sketches and conceptual design and illustration of possible outcomes
·         Architecture
·         Transportation
·         Fashion design/ fashion shoots
·         Landscape design/ street furniture
·         Urban planning and design
5.       3d modelling and composition with photographs
6.       Editing, matte painting and populating
7.       Preparation for final images
8.       Printing for exhibition
·         Stickers
·         Postcards
·         Boards
·         T-shirts
