Genesis of the project

There are several brilliant Ghanaians in various fields of endeavors doing amazing things in this country and all over the world. It is however disappointing that these individuals and their skills have not been harnessed to their full potential towards the development of the country. I have personally been taken aback by the breadth of Ghanaian creatives and how much they are capable of doing. This realization has led me to take keen interest in such people and to device ways of bringing them together in order to instigate a process of discovery and collaboration amongst them. The first step towards achieving this goal of organizing the Ghanaian creative community led to the first Behance Portfolio review meet up in Ghana that brought together creative people including artists, architects, singers and designers in Accra to share and review each others' works.

This project is in response to a resolution that that was reached at the end of a very inspiring, insightful and captivating meet up. The creative community has the tools that are needed to instigate social and cultural changes in society as long as all creative fields can come together and harness their skills and talents towards a common goal. This project therefore is an experiment involving creatives from different disciplines working together towards a common goal.
